The Pathfinder is a hybrid chest rig that combines the best attributes of scalable MOLLE platforms and low-vis elastic rigs. Empty it is only about 1/8" thick making it an excellent low-vis option that can be easily concealed. Laser cut MOLLE on the face if the rig makes it easily customizable to carry whatever extra gear you need and with its built-in elastic magazine cells it is less bulky than traditional MOLLE based platforms or ones that use a Velcro insert system.
